# NFT Implementation

NFTs from our [Foundation Collection](https://whimzu.gitbook.io/whimzu-whitepaper/collection-overview-and-roadmap/foundation-collection) and [Mythical Collection](https://whimzu.gitbook.io/whimzu-whitepaper/collection-overview-and-roadmap/mythical-collection)  will be implemented using the ERC-721 standard on the Ethereum network. With the size of our [Base Game Collection](https://whimzu.gitbook.io/whimzu-whitepaper/collection-overview-and-roadmap/base-game-collection) and [Adventure Collection](https://whimzu.gitbook.io/whimzu-whitepaper/collection-overview-and-roadmap/adventure-collection) we will be evaluating at a later date whether it is financially viable for us and our players to continue on the Ethereum network, or look at other options such as Polygon or Solana.
